Welcome to the T15 challenge & Fit Formula Coaching. 

Coaching can be a wonderful experience to learn, grow, discover new strategies and achieve breakthrough results. It will require 2-way communication between the client and the coach to achieve a meaningful result. Both the Coach and client are co-responsible for results. We solve problems together.

For best results;

1) Booking training sessions in advance.

2) Track weight and circumference measurements weekly (so that we know that your body is responding well to the chosen strategies)

3) Book a coaching call whenever you have a challenge that you need help with or questions you may have.

4) Attending workout sessions multiple times a week for the first 3 months (to check your posture and technique during the “live” T15 personal training sessions)

5) Invest the time and effort on a daily basis to move towards your goals.

The materials (written, video, audio) shared with you are for your personal use only. By enrolling in any of our programmes, you agree not to re-share or re-sell any of our video training materials with other people.

The coaches reserve the right to reschedule the zoom sessions and/or in-person training sessions in view of the Government / National Service call ups (reservist) or any urgent matters.

We will provide you with advanced notice in such circumstances.

We like to encourage families to exercise together, bring your family to train with you.

Attendance – Showing up is key to your success. Book your training sessions in advance and ensure that your calenders automatically sync with your session bookings.

Rescheduling – Clients who need to reschedule may do so via the Calendy confirmation emails in advance. A session cannot be rescheduled after the session has already started. Do try not to cancel at the last minute as it will disrupt our overall schedule.

No show – Your credits will be deemed as consumed in the case if a client does not turn up for a session that has been booked.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee – Fit Formula Coaching clients: We are confident that you will learn and progress with our training method. This money back guarantee makes your decision to train with us completely risk free. To be eligible for this guarantee, you will need to use up all of the training credits in your training package and trained an average of at least eight T15 sessions per month, 2 training hours per month or more. If you find that you have not learned or progressed during the course of your entire training with us, you may ask for a refund. This guarantee applies for all coaching packages from Fit Formula Coaching except the T15 challenge.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee – T15 Challenge students: “T15 Challenge” students have to take the 10 sessions in 3 consecutive weeks, averaging 3-5 sessions each week. We guarantee that you WILL notice the difference when you exercise frequently using our T15 approach. If you are not 100% satisfied after 10 sessions, we will refund you. The guarantee does not apply if you spread out your 10 sessions beyond 21 calendar days from the date of your first workout. 

Refunds – No refunds while your training credits have not been fully consumed (see the above point on our money back guarantee). You may transfer your credits to another friend of family member. Please check with our coaches if you wish to transfer your credits.
