Can I bring my family members for training?
Yes, you can. We encourage families to exercise together and there is no extra charge for your family members to attend training with you (if they stay in the same household).
Can I bring a friend who is interested in training?
Yes you can bring a friend for a session. It would also be good for your friend to do an individual phone consultation with us so that we can understand her goals and needs better. Share with them this webpage too.
What are your training rates?
The rates vary based on the coaching packages that you need. Think of a coaching package as a journey.

Our training rates range from $13 to $25 per session for our 15 min personal training (online),
$20 – $100 per session for our in-person training sessions (25 mins) &
$40 – $200 per session for our in-person training sessions (55 mins).
Packages are valid for 3 years (so you have more than enough time to complete your training)
Members of the same household can attend the training sessions with you for FREE.
